Contentment

Father God, thank You for being faithful.  Thank You for making a way for us to know You.  You are enough for us, and You make us enough.  Please show us how You are at work in our lives.  We will choose to patiently wait on You, because we know You will finish the good work You have started in our lives.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Do Your Best, Wherever You Are

Live in the present today…what is the next right thing to do?

Live today, right where you are.  God is with you

If we are always looking towards the past or the future or to when this or that happens we may miss what God is presenting to us right now…today.

Do your best for God today, wherever you are and He will take care of the rest!

God Of All Comfort

Good and gracious God, we need You – we always have.  You are our source of strength, and You tell us to give You all our concerns.  Replace any feelings of anxiety, fear, and uncertainity with Your peace and hope.  Show anyone who is hurting that You are near, and You comfort those who call on You.  Draw near to us as we draw near to You.  In Jesus name, Amen.

He Gives Us Strength

Father God, all of our hope is in You.  You are all we need.  Thank You for being our protector and the source of our strength.  No matter what we face, we ask for Your courage and endurance to handle it well.  Please guide us with Your wisdom in our decisions and give us peace.  Thank You for all that You did, all You are doing, and all that You will do for us.  Amen.
