Walking With God

But God…

We reflect and remember this day…evil attacked…thousands lost thier lives…this was a great tragedy.  We also must remember that it is from great tragedy that God can bring about the greatest good.  Jesus Christ died on the Cross…But God raised Him to life.  On 9/11 we honor and remember those we lost and we can say with confidience…But God brought unity to our nation or (fill this statement with whatever good has come from this tragedy).  May God’s comfort and peace be with us and show through on this day.  Amen.

God Is Greater Than __________

Feel free to finish that title with anything you want…God is greater.  No matter what you can think of, our God is greater.  This means whatever is on your mind, whatever is pulling on you or keeping you distracted, whatever burden you are carrying…God is greater than that issue, that problem, that worry, that concern, that guilt or shame.  It doesn’t matter if we are are talking about the past, the present or the future…God is greater than all things and He is with you right now.  Turn towards Him, talk to Him and trust in Him.  Amen.
