At Christmas time and throughout the year put Christ in the center of your life

With Christ you will know Hope

You will know Peace

You will know Joy

You will know that the Love of Christ in your heart will help you overcome anything this world can throw at you

May we all see and know God’s blessings in our lives this Christmas and carry them with us all through the New Year

Father God, thank You for being the perfect example of how to rest

Teach us how to find true rest in Your presence

We lay down all our stress and anxiety at Your feet

Free our minds from thoughts and burdens of busyness

Help us slow down and rest with You

Joy Because God Is With Us

No matter where you are or where you go

God is with you

He is there in the morning

He is with you all day long and when you go to sleep

Seek Him and His Word

Pursue a personal relationship with His Son, Jesus

And you will find a new level of joy that is only found with Him

Joy Because God Keeps His Promises

God promised to send the Messiah

God fulfilled that promise when He sent His One and only Son to save us

God has made many other promises in Scripture

He has kept every promise He made

The only promise we are waiting for Him to fulfill is the return of Jesus

It will happen…He will come again

I know because God keeps His promises

Advent Reflections – Joy

Joy…it goes deeper than happiness

It is not about our circumstances…it is based on the foundation of faith and knowing that God is good and that He wants good things for us

Our circumstances may not be very good at times yet joy in the Lord reminds us that we are not alone

If we believe in Jesus and seek Him by reading God’s Word and growing in faith there is no issue or no situation He won’t help us over come

Remember Jesus came to bring great Joy to all the people!

Serve One Another

Living a life with faith first…it sounds so simple, yet life in the world is hard

  The Bible is a great guide for life…the world will tell you it is not

There are those who believe it is an outdated book filled with stories that are more like fairy tales

People say the world is so different now than when it was written that it is not applicable to life today

That is exactly what Satan wants us to think

The fact is the Bible is the truth, based on actual events…it is the Word of God

Take time to read it every day and it will change your life
