At Christmas time and throughout the year put Christ in the center of your life

With Christ you will know Hope

You will know Peace

You will know Joy

You will know that the Love of Christ in your heart will help you overcome anything this world can throw at you

The Greatest Love For All People

There is no issue or circumstances too big for God

No matter what, God’s love is greater than anything or anyone

He offers this love to everyone, everywhere

He did this by sending His one and only Son

Tonight we celebrate the birth of Jesus, our Savior and Lord

Love Conquers All

Advent Reflections – Love

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV

Jesus stated the most important commandments are to love God and love one another – Matthew 22:37-40

So, what is love?

Love is action…it is not what the world defines as a feeling

The apostle Paul describes it for us in 1 Corinthians 13

It is about our character and what we do when it comes to relationships

So, when Jesus states it is the most important commandment…we should think about how do we love God? How do we love one another?

Love is for God to define and to give and He makes it available to all of us by how He has acted towards us

It is up to us to accept His love and to share it with Him and others

Joy When We Rest With Him

Father God, thank You for being the perfect example of how to rest

Teach us how to find true rest in Your presence

We lay down all our stress and anxiety at Your feet

Free our minds from thoughts and burdens of busyness

Help us slow down and rest with You

Joy Because God Is With Us

No matter where you are or where you go

God is with you

He is there in the morning

He is with you all day long and when you go to sleep

Seek Him and His Word

Pursue a personal relationship with His Son, Jesus

And you will find a new level of joy that is only found with Him
