Sacrifice…Savior

Father God, thank You for sending Your only Son to save us. Thank You for creating a way for us to be reconciled with You. Because of Jesus’ sacrifice our mistakes are forgiven! Help us never take this for granted. Give us courage to glorify You in every area of our lives. In Jesus name, Amen.

To Know Him vs To Know About Him

“Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. ⁸Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”

1 John 4:7-8 NIV

Each of us needs to ask ourselves…Do I truly know Jesus or do I just know about Him?

There is a significant difference. To know that He lived and the things that He did and even the things He said is to know about Him

To know Him is to meet with Him daily and communicate with Him all the time

To know Him is to ask Him questions and express your true feelings to Him

To know Him is to do what He did in your relationships with others

To know Him is to take up your cross and follow Him

He Is Worthy

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”

As we travel on the journey of faith, we will encounter questions and doubts along the way

That is natural and it is ok We need to remember that the one simple truth of faith is that Jesus Christ sacrificed Himself to save us and reconcile us to God because He loves us

His love for us will conquer every battle in our lives

He is worthy of our thanks and praise

Thank you God, for your Son Jesus Christ…Amen.

Based on your personal relationship with Jesus Christ

He loves you, He gave His life to save you

He is with you, He is for you

Spend time in God’s Word and learn about the life, death and resurrection of Jesus

He did it all for you

In The Midst Of The Storm

God has promised to never leave you and never to abandon you

Seek Him because He is waiting to hear from you always

Humility In Relationships

Father God, You invite me into a peaceful relationship with You where I can be fully known and loved. You also invite me to pursue peace with others around me. Please help me to appraoch my relationships with humility, grace and wisdom. Grant me knowledge to recognize when I should speak and when I should listen as I pursue peace. In Jesus name, Amen.

I Surrender All

Father God, I surrender my life to You. You can have it all. All my doubts, all my fears, all my worries…every insecurity, every selfish desire and past mistake…I give it all to You. Every area of my life that does not honor You…take it. Take it all and use me, change me, transform me, love me and love others through me. Take all that I am, and use it for Your glory.
