Intelligence…understanding…insight…perception…discernment

Wisdom is gained through experience and learning…by taking action

Intelligence without common sense is not wisdom

When we can look beyond the current moment and not have ourselves as the center of everything then we are wise

True wisdom takes humility, above all else we should remember that any wisdom we gain, cannot be compared to God’s wisdom and God’s plan

It is up to us to seek Him and His Word to truly learn and grow throughout our lives

We will never know all the answers while we are here and that can be frustrating…but we have every opportunity to seek and to know the One who is and always will be the answer…Jesus

Seek wisdom and may the peace of the Lord be with you

Nothing Can Separate Us

There is nothing on earth in your life that is more powerful than the love of God…nothing

There is no situation, life circumstances, no relationship or struggle that can separate us from God’s love

Freedom Given Through Sacrifice

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh[a]; rather, serve one another humbly in love. 14 For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”[b] 15 If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.“

Galatians 5:13-15 NIV

Many have been sacrificed for freedom to exist in the USA…the most important sacrifice of life for the freedom of others came from Jesus Christ

He came down from heaven, set an example for us on how to live and then died on the Cross so that we can be reconciled with God

Let’s not take for granted what others have done for our freedom to exist…especially the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and His saving Grace

May we be filled with joy and peace and serve others with love because of Him who died to save us

God Loves You

God loves you

No matter what…no matter where…no matter how you have sinned

When God looks at you He sees you through the blood Jesus shed for you

Turn towards God today and every day

For everything…for anything in your life

Because God loves you

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Surrender

Father God, my life is Yours

Please take every part of it

Every area of my life that does not honor You…take it

Every insecurity, every fear, every selfish desire and past mistake…I give it all to You

Please put those things to death so that I can experience Your abundant life

Dare To Be Different

Father God, forgive me for the ways I have turned away from You physically, spiritually and emotionally

If You are not the center of my life, nothing else matters

Please lead me to live differently

Show me how to live a life that draws near to You and is devoted to honoring You and loving others

His Sacrifice, Our Salvation

Nobody loves us as much as God loves us

Jesus gave up heaven with the Father to come down to earth as one of us

From the glory of the angels singing to a manger as a baby on earth, to save us

Yet there was no room for Him

Make room for Him in your heart, seek Him and accept His gift of salvation

It Takes Courage…

Courage is not the absence of fear

Courage is the willingness to move forward without knowing the outcome

To admit we don’t know the answers

To be patient…Having courage is placing your trust in God ahead of fear

It is about not allowing fear to stop you or defeat you

  It takes courage to seek the Light

To surrender your plans for God’s plan…

He Is Worthy

Hello and welcome to another day of worship and praise to God

As we travel on the journey of faith, we will encounter questions and doubts along the way

That is natural and it is ok

We need to remember that the one simple truth of faith is that Jesus Christ sacrificed Himself to save us and reconcile us to God because He loves us

His love for us will conquer every battle in our lives

He is worthy of our thanks and praise

Thank you God, for your Son Jesus Christ!
