Believe And Overcome

Believe…God is for you…God is with you

He is the Creator of all and He knows you personally

Living Hope Perspective

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead…”

1 Peter 1:3 NIV

The hope we receive from Christ is a hope that knows and believes that Christ lives and that God is for us and working for our good, even when, especially when the visible evidence is against it

The hope from God’s Word tells us to not give up or surrender to sin and doubt, rather know that God is with us and we can trust in Him

Not for the things we believe we should have but for the things God knows that we need

May we all place our trust in the God of hope in our daily lives

Stop Chasing After The Wind

“For a person may labor with wisdom, knowledge and skill, and then they must leave all they own to another who has not toiled for it. This too is meaningless and a great misfortune. ²²What do people get for all the toil and anxious striving with which they labor under the sun? ²³All their days their work is grief and pain; even at night their minds do not rest. ²⁴A person can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in their own toil. The wisest person who ever lived learned that worldly values and pursuits are foolishness and he wrote it down to share with you and me

I believe learning from others in history, especially those who had a close relationship with God

This is one of the reasons why God has given us His Word

May we all take time to read and acknowledge the wisdom in God’s Word

He Knows…

God knows all about you and He loves you

Encourage One Another

Receive encouragement from the Holy Spirit and be renewed by spending time with God and reading God’s Word

God’s love is for all of us and we are created to love God and to love others

Let His love flow through you and be encouraging for others with your words and your actions

Whose plans are we working on?

What is the purpose of what we are doing?

When we have questions like this and others about our lives the best place to turn is towards Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord

He knows what is best for us and He loves us

His ways are good

Ask the Lord to guide and direct you

Then watch and listen for His reply

Seek God’s Will

God has given us the gift of free will

It is up to us to choose how we will live each day

Are we going to seek Him and His Word or chase after the ways of this fallen world?

God tells us the truth in the Bible

He lays out what will happen based on what we choose to believe and do

So what do you believe? What will you choose to do today?

I encourage you to seek Him and seek Him with all of your heart
